This is because ClearIAS does not want to rush with key preparation, and would like to ensure that the key remains as accurate as possible.

Exam Pattern: General Studies Paper 1 UPSC CSE Preliminary Exam 2019

There were 100 questions (Multiple Choice Questions).

The time allotted was 2 hours (120 minutes).

All questions were for equal marks (2 marks). -0.666 is deducted for each wrong answer (yes, there is a negative marking).
