India moved up the ranking from 44 in 2015 to 41 while China slipped from 25 to 22 in a survey of 61 nations.
The Global Competitiveness Report (GCR)[1] is a yearly report published by the World Economic Forum. Since 2004, the Global Competitiveness Report ranks countries based on the Global Competitiveness Index

It is not a annual report of RBI, but it is RBI appointed committee’s report on Interest Subvention Scheme.
